The Philadelphia Union Youth Player Pathway Program is designed to provide high-level training and development opportunities to advanced youth players looking for supplemental training outside their club schedule; as well as, becoming a part of the identification process for the Philadelphia Union Academy. 

Our Union PPP is split into three programs—Regional Center, Select ID Camp and Showcase Team.  Our mission is to ensure that individuals committed to their development have every resource and opportunity to train and compete at a high level. 

The Union PPP is open to all boys and girls ages U8-U14. Our professionally-staffed program consists of age-appropriate training aligned with the Union Academy curriculum and methodology. Our Goalkeeping training is typically offered on a separate night. 

The Union PPP is a year around program that is offered in the fall, winter, spring and summer season.
